what are the difference between freezing and refrigeration? which gives a long storage for food?

The difference between the freezing and refrigeration is one thing in which the

refrigeration is a process where the bacteria’s are killed at a very low rate and it is

a slow process and takes more time to inhibit the bacteria. incase of freezing it

is a faster process as well as it inhibits the bacteria…

the bacteria is completely becomes completely inactive and it cannot make

further actions such as spoilage… hence i would conclude

that  freezing process is more safe than refrigeration.

    1. freezing temperature can inhibit the growth of Listeria but it cannot kill it completely... hence the bacteria becomes inactive and cannot multiply again.
