Malting process (malting of wheat grains)

 

Step 1:


Take the wheat grains clean them at first

 and then sort them and

 grade them. now, accordingly rinse the water

 that are from the grains.


 


Step 2:


After sorting and weighing steep the grains for

 12 hours. overnight

 steeping process can be done.



 

Step 3:


now allow the wheat for malting. This process

 almost takes 2 to 3

 days depending on the grains capability to

 grow. Tightly cover the

 grains with a wet cloth and keep aside. After 2

 or 3 days the

 sprouts will be visible to you.



Step 4:


Now dry the grains , such that all the moisture

 content get drained. allow for the next process 

of making it into powder which is also called

 malted wheat powder.

 


step 5:


In the final step we have to make sure that the

 dried wheat grains

 has to get grinded and hence the final product

 has been obtained.
