Agar-agar jellies set at room temperature and won't melt at a warm temperature.
It is available in three forms namely powder, flakes and strands|blocks.
Gelatin:
Gelatin is extracted from animal skin and bones.
Gelatin needs refrigeration to set and will melt at warm temperatures.
