Health drinks for Healthy Liver


 1.      Coffee:

 

Coffee has a myth of providing major health problems but the reality is coffee is considered a healer for the liver it helps an improvement in hepatic steatosis and fibrosis and reduction in cirrhosis.

 Experimental studies show that coffee consumption reduces fat accumulation and collagen deposition in the liver and promotes antioxidant capacity. The over the consumption the more the toxicity.

 

2.      Green Tea:

 

Green tea is considered one of the oldest forms of healthy beverage worldwide. A study states that green tea along with some exercise might help in improving liver health. 

Another study of people with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease found that drinking green tea containing higher antioxidant content for 12 weeks has improved liver enzyme levels and may also help reduce oxidative stress and fat deposits in the liver.

 

3.      Turmeric tea:

 

Turmeric tea is considered a good antioxidant-rich food. It improves the detox process by the production of liver enzymes. The spice which is present in it helps in promoting blood circulation.

 


4.      Amla Juice:

 

Amla can nearly cure all diseases, and it has immense health benefits. It is filled with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, vitamin C, and several nutrients. 

Amla juice can prevent the occurrence of liver fibrosis and also mitigate hyperlipidemia (too many fats) and metabolic syndrome.

 

5.      Beetroot Juice:


Beetroot juice is a rich source of iron content. It can easily improve the hemoglobin content. It also contains iron, antioxidants, vitamin A, and vitamin B6 content.  

In addition to it, it also contains an adequate amount of fiber, manganese, potassium, and vitamin C, these nutrients help in removing the toxic waste from our body protect the liver from inflammation and oxidative stress.
